Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement due to the defect.

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method.

Your order ships out within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this processing time does not include the shipping duration. Shipping duration varies depending on the location of delivery.
